One-Year Limited Warranty for Kitchen Cabinets and Vanities 

Warranty Type: One-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage Period: One (1) year from the original date of purchase 

Coverage Scope: Replacement of defective cabinet and parts only

This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to cabinetry products purchased by the original residential end-user and installed in a primary or secondary residence within the United States. This warranty is non-transferable and may not be assigned or extended to subsequent owners, landlords, leasing entities, or commercial purchasers.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

• Labor and Service Costs: Any labor charges, service fees, or associated costs related to
  the removal, installation, or reinstallation of cabinetry, components, or hardware.

• Environmental and Accidental Damage: Issues arising from exposure to extreme
  conditions, including but not limited to excessive moisture, humidity, fire, water, flooding, or
  significant temperature fluctuations.

• Normal Wear and Aging: Expected wear and tear such as scratches, nicks, discoloration,
  or fading due to sunlight, cleaning agents, or other environmental factors

• Relocated or Exterior Installations: Cabinets or components that have been relocated
  from their original installation site or used in exterior or non-residential applications

• Surface Contamination: Damage caused by the use of adhesives, tapes, or similar
  materials that may compromise the finish, including paint peeling or residue.

• Natural Variations: Variations in color, grain, or texture due to the natural aging of
  materials, exposure to light, or changes in surrounding household conditions

• Discontinued or Clearance Items: Products or components labeled as discontinued, in the process of being phased out, or sold as close-out or clearance merchandise

   

Natural Material Disclaimer

In addition, natural woods may vary in color and characteristics and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example, painted doors. drawer fronts. and face frames may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area. and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over time. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

• Original proof of purchase

• Photographs clearly showing the defect

Upon review and approval of your claim, replacement parts will be provided for exchange at our warehouse located at: 115 Market St., Oakland. If the original component is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute with a part of comparable style and value.

Please note that due to inherent variations in wood grain, stain absorption, and paint application, the color and finish of replacement parts may differ slightly from original samples or existing cabinetry. Exact color matches are not guaranteed.
